Framing Deals, Don't Be FOOLED

It's that time of year again, the big box stores that offer custom framing at 50% and then with a bonus coupon for 25% more off; What does that mean...it means that the price is inflated before and then they offer the BIG DISCOUNT.
Last weekend, I went into a Big Box store...with my offer in hand.....

The clerk was very friendly, the frame styles and selection were minimal and colored coded by price point. I chose a frame that I know that I carry and it was one of there best frames from which to choose. I also chose the best glass as well. The photograph was 9 3/4 x 7 3/4 double matted; There List Price was $286.40. With 75% off the SALE PRICE WAS $114.92.
